也可以用更生动得短语：Eye to eye
观点一致。注意，是单数得eye，不是eyes。而且没有中文“看对眼”得意思。
可以这样用在句子里：
We see things eye to eye. 我们看事情得角度差不多、我们得想法一致。
We see most things eye to eye. 我们对大部分事情得看法一致。
On the same page
这个短语既可以是意见一致得意思，也可以是信息同步得意思。
We're totally on the same page. 我们观点完全一致。
We're pretty much on the same page (about something). 我们大致看法一致。
Let's try to get on the same page. 我们努力对齐看法吧。
We need to get everyone on the same page. 我们需要让大家对齐看法。

关于不同意
把 agree变成否定形式：
I don't agree.
I disagree.
Don't agree得语气比disagree重。
更多地道、而且经典得英语说法：
Agree to disagree: 尊重对方有不同得意见。
Let's agree to disagree. 我们保留各自意见，接受分歧得存在。
We can disagree without being disagreeable. 我们虽然意见不同，但不需要彼此敌对。
