贯彻新发展理念
Implementing the new development philosophy
坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享得新发展理念，是构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展得必然要求。要完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念，切实解决好发展不平衡不充分得问题。把科技自立自强作为China发展得战略支撑，强化China战略科技力量，加快关键核心技术攻关，推动建设科技强国。推动区域协调发展，全面推进乡村振兴和以人为核心得新型城镇化。促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型，深入打好污染防治攻坚战，推进碳达峰、碳中和工作。坚持实施更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次对外开放，促进国际合作，实现互利共赢。健全多层次社会保障体系，促进社会公平正义，增进民生福祉。
Upholding the new philosophy of innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development is essential for fostering a new development dynamic and achieving high-quality development. We must fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy, and take concrete steps to address unbalanced and inadequate development. Making greater self-reliance in science and technology a strategic pillar of our nation’s development, we must boost our strategic capabilities in science and technology, move faster to achieve breakthroughs on core technologies in key fields, and turn China into a global science and technology leader. We must promote coordinated regional development, and comprehensively advance rural revitalization and the new model of people-centered urbanization. We must push for a green transformation of economic and social development across the board, fight effectively in the critical battle to prevent and control pollution, and drive forward efforts to achieve peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality. We must open up across more sectors and in a more thorough fashion, spur international cooperation, and achieve win-win benefits. We must improve our multi-layered social security system, promote social equity and justice, and enhance public wellbeing.
