To start with, raw materials including limestone and clay are poured through the crusher and squeezed into powder. Next, those tiny particles are mixed up in a mixing machine, followed by being transported to a spinning heater via a tube, where fire provides thermal energy to heat the substance inside. After undertaking high temperature, the powder falls on a tilted plane, passes through a grinding process, and are packed up as qualified cement for making concrete.
once sufficient cement is ready, it blends with water, sand and gravel at predetermined proportions, which accounts for 15% for cement, 10% for the liquid, 25% and 50% for the sand and gravel respectively. Pouring them into the concrete mixer, the powerful rolling machine can then finalize the whole procedure.
Overall, the procedure of making cement involves breaking down, heating and packaging, while concrete is made by combining a certain portion of 4 different ingredients accordingly.
